After having a scorching summer with his Billy Ocean 2 project, Billyracxx has gave light to what to the new generation of Houston has to offer with his sound. Being a bit abstract yet confined with it's own intricacies, Racxx aims to break the medium that's been set already with songs such as "Quaterback". The gloomy visual captures Racxx in his coolest element riding round town with Midnight Googles and a brash attitude to match his appearance. The wave is always free, and Racxx parts the ocean to make it easier for listeners to indulge this whole-heartedly.
