Radamiz ft. History - Power
After releasing his critically acclaimed project, “Writeous”, Radamiz spears his way into 2017 with his electrifying visual for his single, “Power”. In the matters of defining his meaning of self worth and setting the record straight on the New York scene, Radamiz and History deliver flesh cutting flows along with clever wordplay to match. The lyrical display is represented correctly with the sharpshooting skills of TheSwissArmyGuys, who covered some famous NY areas that made this video come to life. Here are some words from Radamiz about the video.
““I chose locations such as the legendary Bloody Alley in Chinatown, Howard Street in front of Opening Ceremony and Rick Owens, and SoHo in general specifically to combat the subtly-imposed exclusion of the urban community there. One of the directors actually got arrested mid-shoot. We got surrounded by like 20 police officers and three cars in Chinatown. Ridiculous,” Radamiz tells us.
“Some shots were also taken after our headlining show at Baby’s All Right with Dot Da Genius. Tunji Ige also made a cameo appearance. In a time where the inner city kids’ voice is often muted and shoved away, this video serves as a gritty reminder that we are as alive and powerful as ever.”
