Easily one of Albany most dominant acts this past year, Lil Baby Suplex has not only pushed the boundaries for his hometown but he has given the likes of other artists in the area a road map to follow to receive love on a national base. In the process of releasing more fire content until the release of his long-awaited project, “My Life Is In Shambles”, Suplex delivers a powerful visual with his new music video, “As I Am”.
The new Kurt Corbain/Nirvana ode takes a new spin on the famous rock single and gives it light in a new perspective in today’s time. Suplex’s version of the record not only shows the artistic influence that it stems from but it also shows a different side of Suplex’s artistry in the process. The complexity of the record just goes to show you how flexible Suplex’s sound can be. Given his track record, this new hard record is only a sign that Suplex has more fire in his stash before the year is over with.
