Cargo XĀN is certainly a different type of artist from the Ohio scene but he definitely is something to keep an eye on in the state's scene. Claiming the city of Cleveland, Cargo XAN is presenting different vibes for the city to ride off to and you can hear it clearly in his single, "No Rules". The song is a testament to his life and how's he leveling up to reach to the top and it's won't be anything in his path that will stop him.
