Dallas emerging artist, 99 The Rebel offers an abstract yet turnt offering with his project, Rebel Rules

Recently making it on the pages of Modern Life, Dallas newcomer 99 The Rebel continues to apply more pressure going into 2019. Being one of the rising acts in the mix, 99 The Rebel differentiates himself by going on and off beat in some songs with his direct lines that offer a commanding stance he creates in his material.

As it may be dark and abstract, Rebel also finds flare in his music as well. The flexibility but concentration that’s presented on the project goes to show you it’s only the early stages for what’s to come from this promising artist.
