Doeman and Maxo Kream come together to deliver a powerful record unifying + creating solidarity in Houston on "Southside Kings"

A not-so surprising link up between the city’s grimier known rappers decide that two Houstonians make better than one. Doeman, a well-known local artist, has an egalitarian vision for his city. The rapper introduces the track with an altered recording, voicing his vision for solidarity among the two communities.
“Blacks and Chicanos killing each other is what they want”
While experimenting with his flow, sometimes pulling back and sometimes pushing forward with his speed, Doeman pays respects to some of his idols. 50 Cent and DMX are two to mention but ironically, his verse heavily resembles something that of a swift Kendrick.
Maxo Kream on the other hand, is not so amicable. “You ain't a killer you a pus**” for example, is just one of many insults/threats he throws out in his verse. The track falls a bit short in terms of execution but the message of the two is clear. Unification is key, and anyone who doesn’t agree, well I don’t advise speaking up.
