Houston rolls out the red carpet for it's "30 for 30" commemorative event
The Houston creative scene has been one that has been bubbling for quite sometime but it was until recently we gathered the important people behind the scenes in one place and honored those who deserved it. From those who are the writers to the directors to the radio hosts, Wire Studios, Queen Bobbi, and iYO Visuals included all of these vital pieces in one place to network, celebrate, and plan for what's to come this year.
This event included special honors for the likes of legendary music video director Mr. Boomtown, 93.7 The Bear music director Devi Dev, Barry Coffing of Springboard Houston, Swishahouse in-house producer G Dash, and Emmy-award producer Danny Reeves. The night was filled with great vibes and memorable moments, but the spotlight of the night came when LMG CEO, DWill was honored alongside Houston rapper T-Wayne with their commemorative platinum plaque for their single, "Nasty Freestyle."
This night was fueled by the hard work for those who don't receive the credit they deserve and it was made sure of that all the individuals that were involved + invited had a fair share into what Houston has store in the future. This night was for inspiration to keep it going and to let the world know we have important components who are making a difference in their respective industries.
